SAFE Campaign 2026: Equipping Young Minds to Prevent Trafficking

In July 2026, marking the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, Ashray Trust will carry forward the SAFE Campaign across schools and communities in multiple states. The campaign will continue to empower students to be SAFE: to Spot danger, Alert someone they trust, Fight for what is right, and Equip others with awareness.
Through structured awareness sessions, interactive discussions, and age appropriate learning, the SAFE Campaign will help students recognise risk situations, understand common trafficking tactics, and respond with confidence and caution. The campaign places strong emphasis on building trust between young people, families, schools, and authorities, reinforcing the idea that safety grows through cooperation.
Beyond classrooms, the SAFE Campaign 2026 will encourage positive engagement with local institutions and duty bearers, nurturing a culture where children feel protected, heard, and supported. The campaign will carry a clear message forward: prevention begins with awareness, and every child deserves to grow up safe, informed, and empowered.
